Tax Review & Planning

Whether you're a small business owner or an employee, sometimes you want to see if there are ways to better position yourself for next year's tax filing - my office is registered with the IRS and can represent you before the IRS if necessary, as well as prepare and file your taxes.

Fees start at $250 for individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps, and Partnerships are on a case by case basis dependent upon the issues, number of stakeholders, and complexity.

Trusts

I assist home owners and small business owners ith planning for the future, whether it's asset protection or succession planning. I am happy to assist with your needs in regards to revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, or special trusts. Pricing varies based on complexity - generally a revocable living trust starts at $4,000.

Business Services

Business formation, management, SAM registration, FINCEN reporting, internal documentation, asset acquisition, and regulatory compliance - this is where I started after passing the bar and this is where I enjoy working with the business that needs help but doesn't know where to start. Generally speaking, there is no easy flat rate fee for services rendered, as it varies greatly - my hourly rate is $350 and I am happy to work with you to set expectations regarding the amount of time that may be required for the pro

Trademarks

I am happy to assist with filing and managing your trademark(s). This can be approached from multiple angles, whether it's working with your marketing team to identify and file for a new mark in development, or filing an existing mark that you want to protect. This includes an opinion letter highlighting points of concern, mitigating factors, and my opinion on the strength of the mark, based on the specific details of the mark and how it relates to the goods/services it is related to. Costs vary depending on the level of complexity but generally start at $2,000, inclusive of the initial USPTO filing fees.
